Every Pioneer Has a Gift

Joshua has just taken leadership after Moses' death.
What's fascinating is that God never tells Joshua to become Moses.
He simply says, "Be strong and courageous."
Joshua isn't asked to imitate someone else's calling. He's asked to faithfully fulfill his own.
That's similar to Paul's teaching in 1 Corinthians 12. The body doesn't need more eyes trying to become hands. It needs every member faithfully using the gifts God has given.
