ONE Church - God's Plan A

The church is not a human afterthought but God’s Plan A for healing a divided world, because in Christ God has taken those who were once far off and brought us near, breaking down the wall of hostility to create one new humanity. Rooted in Ephesians 2:11–22, it celebrates the miracle that strangers become family, enemies become neighbors, and isolated individuals become “living stones” built together into a dwelling place for God. By the blood of Jesus, our primary identity is no longer formed by race, politics, preferences, or past mistakes—but by the cross that makes peace. Like the early church in Acts, ordinary people empowered by an extraordinary Savior discover that when each person reaches someone, God reaches cities. The message challenges the congregation to reject spiritual lone-ranger Christianity, embrace belonging, and live as one body on mission—because God’s strategy to reach Rapid City is not programs or personalities, but His unified people, together.
